  I have been coming here for over 5 years now. I went into the store today to investigate a strange sound coming from my car, I was attended to promptly. My car was assessed within 15 minutes of arrival and the problem identified (shock absorbers and wheel bearing required urgent replacement). A quote was provided and the job was booked in for the afternoon. I was kept updated when they had some difficulties removing something related to the wheel bearing, which I appreciated. My vehicle was ready for me to collect at the time I was told it would be and I appreciated that the staff were flexible in waiting a few minutes extra for me to collect my car. I give 5 stars, because of the service provided when I attended. I give a star for the integrity of the mechanic and his skill in being able to identify the problem. A star for the service being able to provide a straight forward quote for the parts and labour. A star for the communication skills in communicating important difficulties to me as they arose, and a star for the flexibility of the garage in waiting a few extra moments for me to collect the car from work. A big thank you as my car sounds amazing, no super loud clunks and rackets which now makes driving a little more pleasurable.
