  I was in the process of buying a vehicle and, on the advice of a friend, decided to get the vehicle examined by the AA. They found multiple faults, to the extent that it was not road worthy. I cancelled the sale and thankfully got my deposit back. Fairview autos placed the same vehicle up for sale at the same price, on the same I had alerted them to the multiple faults. Unfortunately I had started to complete the V5 document at the time I planned to complete the transaction. This was prior to my friend raising concerns, resulting in the transaction being halted pending the outcome. Despite me advising Fairview autos I no longer wanted the vehicle, for some reason they failed to erase my details and I am still being contacted by the DVLA in relation to it. I might add that at the time I had planned to collect the vehicle the staff were out in it. I had to wait over an hour for them to return despite having made clear arrangements. Buyers beware

  I've bought many cars over the years and the most important thing is the quality of the service you get from the dealer. Tom of Fairview Motors impressed me with his no nonsense approach and genuine attitude. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
