  Very poor service. Ordered some net curtains on the 31st January, which were also not cheap. We were told the order would take no more than 10-12 days. All it needed was the fabric cutting to size and some edging done. A simple job. After 15 days we had still not heard from them. Not even to apologise that the order wasn't ready yet. We had to contact them and the lady had no idea where the order was but said she would ring back. She didn't. Next day we rang them to be told she still had no idea where it was but that she would call on Monday. Monday message left to say it would be ready tomorrow (Tuesday). Tuesday came and went with no call. They claim they called but we were at home all day and the phone didn't ring. Tuesday night sent an email of complaint to them. Next day (Wednesday) we got a reply to say they were ready for collection. No apology at all. No offer of a refund or anything. Basically a '**** you' if we said 10-12 days, you get them when we say they are ready or tough. I would highly NOT recommend these people as they clearly do not care about their customers at all. I will certainly never go back there. Shame as the shop looks pretty good and the guy in the shop was helpful at the time. But of course that was before they had taken my cash off me.
